More Information

  • Liner Notes

Donny Osmond first reached the top of the charts when he was still an adolescent - "Puppy Love" was one of his first hits - and he knows the American pop sound both as singer and as producer. In addition to "Puppy Love" and "After the Love Has Gone," Somewhere In Time includes Nilsson's "Without You," Hall and Oates' "I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)," Air Supply's "All Out Of Love," The Turtles' "Happy Together," The Spinners' "Could It Be I'm Falling In Love," Crowded House's "Don't Dream It's Over," Earth Wind and Fire's "After The Love Has Gone," Charles and Eddie's "Would I Lie To You," 10cc's "I'm Not In Love" and David Soul's "Don't Give Up On Us."

The release of Somewhere In Time comes just as TV audiences are getting to know Donny Osmond as the new host of the syndicated game show Pyramid. The new CD follows the worldwide success of Osmond's Decca debut recording, the Broadway collection This Is The Moment, which was the fastest selling album of his career.
