1970s

After his initial induction into stardom in the 1960s, the 1970s gave Donny the opportunity to refine his showmanship. Donny first focused on recording and performing with the Osmonds, during which time they recorded several chart topping hits, including "One Bad Apple", "Puppy Love" and "Go Away Little Girl." Donny then went on to collaborate with Marie on the award winning variety show, the "Donny & Marie Show."

    I remember pretending to be Marie on the one song where she has a small singing part. I think it is the Hawaiian Wedding song.

    This is one of my favorite albums! "Hawaiian Wedding Song" and "I Believe" are two of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard!

    This also is one of my all time favorite Donny albums. I listen to it in my car the other day. I love every song on this album. Brings back so many memories from my teen years.

    Love this album!!!! A must have!!! Love all songs on this especially I Believe. Everytime I hear this I cry. If you went to the Concert in the Seventies. This was the last song. All of the Osmonds did it accepella and never did record it. To this day this song always make me think about what I Believe and it can also happen to you. Donny my friend you did a good job with this one!!!!

    My favorite old time Donny album. I can still remember running home from school everyday to listen to this record. I even had the Hawaiian Wedding Song played at my wedding 30yrs ago. Great memories.
