I have a strong conviction that Jesus Christ is the Son of God born of a virgin, Mary, a miraculous conception for sure. I am confident that he is the Savior and Redeemer of all mankind from Physical and Spiritual Death.
Physical death is the separation of body and spirit and the Lord overcame that death by his suffering and death on the cross then by the resurrection:
20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. (1 Corinthians 15:20 - 22)
Spiritual death is the separation of us from God and the Lord overcame that death for those who have faith in him enough to:
38 Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:38)
I love my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
