Thank you for emailing me.
I cannot see in the account of the Wise Men who followed the star and worshipped the baby Jesus, were astrologers. They were told in a dream to go home another way so the life of Jesus would not
be jeopardized.
It has been revealed in these latter times that the actual birth of Christ was in the Spring and not December 25th. We do however, celebrate Christmas on the the 25th of December because it does promote the sincere worship of our Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ. We feel it's a positive event in the world because it helps us remember the only Begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ, who came to earth.
The origin of that particular date is really not as important as the feelings of love and peace that are found during the holidays.
Sincerely,
Donny Osmond
