Question Hi Donny;
I recently have noticed that at mass many parishiners come dressed in anything from beach sandals and holey jeans to short, short, short shorts in woman. I know they're atleast making an efort to attend mass, but this seems like an insult and disrespect to Jesus. How do you and the Church of Latter-day Saints feel about this? Thank you.

Response Personally, I think that it shows reverence to the Lord if we dress in some other way then common everyday clothing. “Sunday best” as it's called, does seem more appropriate to me. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints takes no official stand on this question and leaves it to the good sense and good taste of the individual.

Sincerely,

Donny Osmond
