Regarding your questions, we believe that all people everywhere have been sent to this earth from the presence of God, with whom we lived as His spirit
children, in order to gain a body, to be tried and tested, and to have the opportunity to hear and understand the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We
further believe that those who do not have that opportunity, for whatever reason, will still be given that chance even when they pass from this life into the
spirit world as they await their resurrection (please see 1 Peter 3:18-19 and 1 Peter 4:6).
1 Peter 3:18-19
18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;
1 Peter 4:6
6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.
Further, we believe that those who hear the gospel message and accept it, take upon themselves the name of Jesus Christ, keep His commandments, and live their lives in a Christ-like way by being kind, charitable, and understanding towards all, will live eternally with Him throughout eternity.
