| Question |
As one of Jehovah's Witness, we believe that we shouldn't vote for any governmental matter. Donny, as a Mormon do you get involved in poltical affairs? As in voting for the next president of the US of A. Rememeber God said "not to be part of this world." And
even Jesus said that "his kingdom is no part of this world.

| Response |
You asked if I, as a Mormon, get involved with political affairs, such as voting in the next presidential election. The answer is yes I do, but I certainly do respect your right to remain uninvolved. You might be interested to know that one of our articles of our faith is that we believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates in and honoring, obeying, and sustaining the law. As you know from the scriptures the Lord has instructed us that his kingdom is not part of this world. He also directed us to render unto Caesar's that which is Caesura's and unto God that which is God’s. We know that when Christ returns to the earth, that not only every knee will bow, and every tongue confess, but in fact there will be one government, and it will be on Christ’s shoulders and He will direct it all. I look forward to that glorious day.
Sincerely,
Donny Osmond
