About jchas
Hi everyone! My name is Jane and I just joined the Donny.com family. I am 52 years old and am married to a wonderful man named David. We celebrated our 31st anniversary this past June 7th. We don't have children due to some health problems. My Mom has been with us since my Dad died in 1986. She is 85 years young. We have a dog named Zorro and a cat named Lazarus. I saw my first O Bros. concert in 1972, I think it was. I have been a fan since I first saw them on the Andy Williams show, way back when. I admire the brothers [and Marie] for their dedication to family and others in need. I also admire them for being able to do shows that don't have to be censored in any way . They give performances that anyone can see without being embarrased by anything they say or do. I think we need a lot more of that kind of entertainment. Maybe that sounds corny or whatever, but that is what I think. That is whats wrong with the young people today, the kind of role models they have in the entertainment business, whether it's music, movies or whatever. Seems like it's "not cool" if you don't curse every other word or show really explicit videos or you don't promote drug use. It's terrible! We need to get back to a society that promotes the goodness of everything. Sorry, didn't mean to go on and on , but it really concerns me, the future of our world. Thanks for letting me vent.
