Howdy from Texas! I'm Lisa, and I'm thrilled to be a member here. I know it sounds silly but, Donny meant so much to me as a young girl...I know there are so many of us that can say Donny was our first crush! (I will admit here that in my first house, with my own bedroom, I actually had purple shag carpet!) I entered every "Date with Donny" contest there was...never a winner though...but I had it all figured out...my dad was from Utah, and on our family vacation I knew I would meet Donny, we would fall in love, and get married. Dream big I say...ha-ha. Many years later, I am still a huge fan, and LOVE his music. I can't wait to go to Vegas...I will finally get to meet him, and I just can't wait!!!!!!!

    Ha, ha, Lisa! Mistletoe in September--hey, some of us begin planning for X-Mas in September or earlier--LOL! It's a "clever" way to get a KISS, wish I would have thought of it last July :) Awwww... wish I could go in September also so that I can meet you, it would be a blast!     Hey, How are you? I haven't been on here either in a while, but I did see you in the livechat that never happened last night :( I WANTED to see him (having Donny withdrawals) but they were saying someone was in the hospital (?) Gee, I hope not :( R u going to Vegas any time soon? How about the GT in July? I think I'm going to that one--July 9 and 10th. Also, want to go to another VIP then, (if I can) I NEED TO GIVE HIM THE "SHOVE HUG" AGAIN!!! Poor guy, I slammed him against the wall--all those years of waiting to meet him! ;) Hope to chat soon!

    I hope to get to Vegas in the spring. Will you be trying again also? I know his schedule can change sometimes at the drop of a hat. I feel so bad for the foreigners that travel so far. The drive out for me wasn't bad, but dining and activities are crazy expensive in LV and I don't gamble!...lol Good luck!

    OOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( I feel for you :( Lisa, I am so sorry that happened to you! I know how much you've been looking forward to your dream (SOB!!!) I did hear Donny had laringitis. Is that true? Poor guy, we know how hard he works! He must have been shattered also, he never likes to let his fans down. I sincerely hope they give you a refund or a new ticket for another date? What do you think?     HI Lisa, Me again, Where do u liv in TX?? Im in New Mexico,(yep, the ARMPIT of America LOL) Im on the TX border, Maybe I can swing by & get u when I go after the 1st of the year??? U think u can manage it? Think on it & let me know K? My exact date is still open 4 another 2 weeks, I'll make the reservations then, So let me know especially IF u were givin a refund or an extension! Which is only right, I mean, those things are expensive enough as it is, and we CANT control it when we get sick, so they should hav honored ur ticket later, ya know??     O M Gosh.Lisa, Im hurting so BAD 4 u girl...I know how that feels actually, but was able 2 go 2 another 1, R they giving u a refund or "extension" on ur ticket?? ESPECIALLY if it was a MEET & Greet!! OMG I hate it when that happens! Ive been on the OTHER side of that coin as well..I grew up an entertainer, & I came down sick, as well as my Mom & Dad, & WE ALL HAD TO "CALL IN SICK"! It's aweful,& we all hav 2 liv by that DREADED line " The Show MUST Go on!" But n entertainment just as it is n Medical (I'm a Nurse) We r ALL just human & we ALL get sick! I hope he's better 2,im dwn wth pneumonia as we speak! Im here 4 u girl! Talk 2 me, K? O I got an Idea BRB JUDY
