January 11, 2012January is the month of resolutions. And, why not? December is filled with holiday parties and over indulgence. We all try to stay healthy and fit when December rolls around, but it is just “too cold” to go outside and exercise.
Whatever the excuse, January guilts us into making resolutions. But, how do we keep those goals past February?

54 Yes... But Cellularly, I’m in My Twenties
December 14, 2011I love December! It’s a great month to get together with family, celebrate the holidays and sing “Happy Birthday” to all of us December babies.
Yes, every December I turn another year older. And as much as I try to deny the aging process, watching my children have children is a reality check. Of course, age doesn’t get me down. I’m committed to maintaining my health through proper diet and regular exercise. I suppose performing nightly at The Flamingo in Las Vegas helps on the physical fitness front, too.

During the show Donny and Marie talked about how the Osmond Family was discovered; shared stories from Dancing With The Stars; Performed their latest chart topping single, "A Beautiful Life" off their latest album, Donny & Marie; and played a fun game with audience members called "Donny, Marie or Me".
