To send a mail-in payment just go to http://www.donny.com/login and click on the "Join Now" link beneath the membership tier of your choice. Once you have reached the "Payment & Shipping Info" page, please go to the "Other ways to pay" section and click on "Check or Money Order.
When you have completed the registration form, print it out and send it along with a Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount specified for US or International members:
For the GOLD Membership Tier, your subscription cost is $79.96 U.S. Dollars if you live outside of the USA. If you are within the USA, your subscription cost is $76.71 for the GOLD Membership Tier.
For the SILVER Membership Tier, your subscription cost is 47.84 U.S. Dollar if you live outside of the USA. If you are within the USA, your subscription cost is $43.09 for the SILVER Membership Tier.
For the BRONZE Membership Tier, the subscription cost is $14.95 U.S. Dollars for both Domestic and International members.
